Kristen Anne Bell, born 1980 in the United States of America is an actress as well as a performer. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier (a nurse) as well as Tom Bell - a television director. She's an American actor and singer. Her mother is Polish as is her father, who is German, English Irish and Scottish. Kristen's talent for entertainment was discovered at a very young age. She attended her audition in 1992 and was offered the role of Raggedy Ann, and Andy. Bell received an agent who was appointed by her mother before the age of 13 and was subsequently cast as a model for television and newspaper commercials. Additionally, she began to take private acting classes. Bell played an uncredited part on Polish Wedding (1998), an upcoming film. Bell studied at Shrine Catholic High School where she was involved in music and drama club. She was cast as Dorothy in the production for high school that was The Wizard of Oz. Bell attended The Tisch School of the Arts which she attended to study Musical Theater within New York City. Bell left the university in 2001, and began taking on the character of Becky of Tom Sawyer. In 2001, Bell made her debut on the credit screen as Becky in Pootie Tang. The film was cut, however the film cut her character from the film, and she was not even on the screen credits. Bell appeared alongside Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
